(1) The administrative head shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June 1993, prepare and submit to the Minister a report of the operations of the Board and the administrative head during the financial year ending on 30 June 1993 together with financial statements for that period.
(2) Section 97 of the Audit Act 1989 applies in relation to the report and the statements as if they had been prepared under that section.
