NOTE ABOUT SECTION HEADINGS

On passage of these amendments to the Bill, the headings to new sections 47G and 47V to be inserted in the Poisons and Drugs Act 1978 by the Poisons and Drugs (Amendment) Act 1993 are amended by omitting “Board” and substituting “Minister” .
