Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the regulations require a person to have been a particular kind of registered health professional for a stated period to be eligible to be appointed or elected as a member, including as president, of a health profession board.
(2) If this section applies, the person satisfies the requirement if the person has been registered as that kind of health professional under a repealed Act, or under a repealed Act and this Act together, for the stated period.
