HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ACT 2004 (NO. 38 OF 2004) - SECT 79

    (1)     A report may be given to—

        (a)     the relevant health profession board; or

        (b)     the commissioner.

    (2)     The health profession board must give a copy of a report given to it to the commissioner.
