Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a report or complaint, or an application for a condition review, if the personal assessment panel believes on reasonable grounds that the report, complaint or application (the matter ) has been inappropriately referred to the panel.
(2) The personal assessment panel must refer the matter back to the health profession board that established the panel.
(3) If the personal assessment panel refers the matter back under subsection (2), the panel must state the reason for the referral.
