HEALTH PROFESSIONS BOARDS (PROCEDURES) (NO. 110 OF 1997) - SECT 4

4. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following subsection:

“(3) A member is entitled to remuneration for time spent sitting on the Board for the hearing of a proceeding.”.
