HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2004 (NO. 5 OF 2004) - SECT 36

    (1)     The human rights commissioner may intervene in a proceeding before a court that involves the application of this Act with the leave of the court.

    (2)     The court may give leave subject to conditions.
