HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 (NO. 40 OF 2005) - SECT 56
Delegation of president's function of conciliation
(1) The president may delegate the function of
conciliation to someone else.
Note For the making of
delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see the Legislation Act,
pt 19.4.
(2) However, the president must not
delegate the function of conciliation to a commissioner.
