HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 (NO. 40 OF 2005) - SECT 89

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, approve a code (the health code ) of health rights and responsibilities.

    (2)     An approved code is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
