LIQUOR AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 13 OF 2017) - SECT 56

Sections 110 (1) (d) and (3) (d) and 111 (1) (d)

substitute

        (d)     the supply happens at—

              (i)     if the licensee holds a catering licence—the catered premises; or

              (ii)     in any other case—the licensed premises.
