Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts24. Section 172 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the proviso to subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:
“(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), a place of business shall not be taken to be the place of business of a garnishee unless he or she is the principal or one of the principals of the business.”.
