MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION (NO. 21 OF 1993) - SECT 17

17. Section 30B of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “subsection 24A (4)” and substituting “subsection 29B (2)”; and

    (b)     by omitting from subsection (1) “30A (1) or”.
