MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 50 OF 1999) - SECT 16

    Section 192 is amended by omitting from subsection (2) all the words after “provided,” and substituting the following:

“impose a penalty not exceeding—

        (a)     for an individual—20 penalty units; or

        (b)     for a body corporate—100 penalty units.”.
