NATURE CONSERVATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 4 OF 1989) - SECT 27
Insertion
27. Before section 46 of the Principal Act, the following section is inserted
in Part V:
“45A. In this Part—
‘wildlife' includes any live
fish.”.
