NATURE CONSERVATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 4 OF 1989) - SECT 32

32. Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting in subsection (1) “or she” after “he”;

    (b)     by omitting the penalty at the foot of subsection (3) and substituting the following penalty:

“Penalty: $2,000.”; and

    (c)     by omitting from paragraph (4) (b) “his”.
