OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) 1999 (NO. 82 OF 1999) - SECT 5

    Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “and”; and

        (b)     by omitting paragraph (1) (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(c)     3 other members appointed by the Minister; and

        (d)     the commissioner.”.
