OZONE PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1995 (NO. 45 OF 1995) - SECT 4

4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definitions:“ ‘equipment' includes a hand held fire extinguisher; ‘halon' means any substance listed in Part II of Schedule 1 of the Commonwealth Act;”.
