PERIODIC DETENTION ACT 1995 (NO. 3 OF 1995) - SECT 45

45. Where the manager is not on duty at a detention centre and there is—

        (a)     no delegation in force under section 44; or

        (b)     no delegate of the manager on duty at the centre;

the functions of the manager shall be performed in accordance with the standing orders.
