PERIODIC DETENTION ACT 1995 (NO. 3 OF 1995) - SECT 57

57. A person shall not—

        (a)     enter, or remain in, a detention centre without lawful excuse; or

        (b)     unlawfully convey an article into or out of a detention centre or to or from a detainee.

Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
