PUBLIC POOLS ACT 2015 (NO. 7 OF 2015) - SECT 32

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person smokes in a pool facility.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.

    (3)     This section does not apply if the pool facility has no signage indicating that the facility is smoke-free.
