REGISTRAR-GENERAL (CONSEQUENTIAL (NO. 64 OF 1993) - SECT 10

10. A contract or agreement entered into by a Registrar or Deputy Registrar and in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force on and after that day as if—

        (a)     the Registrar-General were substituted for the Registrar or Deputy Registrar as a party to the contract or agreement; and

        (b)     any reference in the contract or agreement to the Registrar or Deputy Registrar were (except in relation to matters that occurred before that day) a reference to the Registrar-General.
