ROYAL COMMISSIONS ACT 1991 (NO. 1 OF 1991) - SECT 38
False evidence
38. A person shall not, at a hearing before a Commission, knowingly give
evidence that is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty:
$50,000 or imprisonment for 5 years.
