76     Meaning of chapter 3 transaction

In this Act:

chapter 3 transaction means—

        (a)     an acquisition of an interest in a landholder under part 3.2; or

        (b)     an acquisition of a land use entitlement under part 3.4; or

        (c)     a voluntary transfer of a business under part 3.6.

In this chapter:

"acquisition statement"—see section 87 (1).
