REAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO. 3 OF 1992) - SECT 4

4. Section 64 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from subsection (6) “Surveyor-General for Australia” and substituting “Chief Surveyor”; and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following subsection:

“(9) In subsection (6)—

‘Chief Surveyor' means the Chief Surveyor appointed under the Surveyors Act 1967 .”.
