Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A licence under the repealed Act is taken to be a licence under this Act.
(2) To remove any doubt, the conditions of a licence mentioned in subsection (1) include the conditions included in a licence under this Act.
(3) This section is a law to which the Legislation Act, section 88 (Repeal does not end effect of transitional laws etc) applies.
