RADIATION PROTECTION ACT 2006 (NO. 33 OF 2006 ) - SECT 42
Prohibition on abandoning radiation source
A person must not abandon a regulated radiation source.
Maximum penalty: 1
000 penalty units, 3 years imprisonment or both.
