ROAD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 20 OF 2024) - SECT 3

This Act amends the following legislation:

              •     Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977

              •     Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulation 2000

              •     Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2000

              •     Road Transport (General) Act 1999

              •     Road Transport (Offences) Regulation 2005

              •     Road Transport (Road Rules) Regulation 2017

              •     Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999
