Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts123. No action, suit or other civil proceeding lies against a person who is or has been—
(a) a member of the Tribunal;
(b) the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar of the Tribunal;
(c) a referee;
(d) acting under the direction or authority of the Tribunal;
(e) participating in proceedings; or
(f) a public servant providing administrative assistance to the Tribunal;
in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in the performance or purported performance of a function under this Act.
