Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts19. (1) After a residential tenancy agreement has been signed by both parties to the agreement, the lessor shall give the tenant a copy of the signed agreement.
(2) A lessor shall be taken to have complied with subsection (1) only if the lessor gives the copy to the tenant within 21 days after the lessor receives the agreement signed by the tenant.
