RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 (NO. 84 OF 1997) - SECT 88

88. Each of the following is a party to a Tribunal hearing:

        (a)     each party to the tenancy dispute;

        (b)     any person joined to the proceeding by the Tribunal;

        (c)     if the Director intervenes in accordance with section 89—the Director.
