Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A regulation may prescribe a different lower limit, or a different method of calculating a lower limit, for a substantial risk breach, or severe risk breach, of a mass, dimension or loading requirement to which a provision of subdivision 2.2.2.2 (Lower limits for breaches) applies.
(2) However, the regulation must not prescribe a limit that is lower than the limit provided by the relevant provision of subdivision 2.2.2.2.
