Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, under section 124, a police officer or authorised person may give a direction under this section.
(2) The police officer or authorised person may direct the driver or operator of the heavy vehicle or heavy combination not to proceed until stated breaches of mass, dimension or loading requirements are rectified.
(3) A direction may be conditional.
