ROAD TRANSPORT (MASS, DIMENSIONS AND LOADING) ACT 2009 (NO. 22 OF 2009) - SECT 209

Offence—fail to comply with supervisory intervention order

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     a supervisory intervention order is in force in relation to the person; and

        (b)     the person fails to comply with the order.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
