ROAD TRANSPORT (THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE) ACT 2008 (NO. 1 OF 2008) - SECT 30

What is a registered motor vehicle?

In this Act:

"registered motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle registered under—

        (a)     the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1999 ; or

        (b)     the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 (Cwlth).
