54     Taxi service operators to be affiliated with taxi network

    (1)     The accredited operator of a taxi service commits an offence if—

        (a)     the operator operates a taxi service; and

        (b)     the operator is not affiliated with an accredited taxi network provider.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
