ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) AMENDMENT ACT 2006 (NO. 9 OF 2006) - SECT 9

    (1)     A register under this Act may include information given to the road transport authority or the Minister under this Act and any other information the authority considers appropriate.

Note     Section 5 (c) and (ca) requires registers for the following to be kept:

              •     accredited bus service operators

              •     accredited demand responsive service operators

              •     accredited hire car operators

              •     accredited taxi network providers

              •     accredited taxi service operators

              •     demand responsive service authorisations

              •     hire car licences

              •     restricted hire car licences

              •     restricted taxi licences

              •     taxi licences.
