SUPPLY ACT 1989-90 (NO. 1 OF 1989) - SECT 4

4. Where money is appropriated by this Act for a particular program, the money shall be taken to be appropriated for—

        (a)     the purpose of payments (including advances) under Acts administered as part of the program; and

        (b)     other purposes of the program.
