SUPPLY ACT 1992-93 (NO. 25 OF 1992) - SECT 4

4. Money appropriated by this Act for services under a particular program is to be taken to be appropriated for—

        (a)     the purpose of payments (including advances) under Acts administered as part of the program; and

        (b)     other purposes of the program.
