STOCK ACT 2005 (NO. 19 OF 2005) - SECT 6

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine—

        (a)     for each kind of stock, the number of animals making up a stock unit; and

        (b)     the levy amount per stock unit.

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
