STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 93 OF 1993) - SECT 10

10. Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (p) “or” (last occurring);

    (b)     by adding at the end of paragraph (q) “or”; and

    (c)     by adding at the end the following paragraph:

    “(r)     made in accordance with section 253ZA of the Industrial Relations Act 1988 of the Commonwealth.”.
