STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1995 (NO. 46 OF 1995) - SECT 4

4. (1) The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in the Schedule.

(2) The amendment of the Tenancy Tribunal Act 1994 set out in the Schedule shall be taken to have commenced on 1 January 1995.
