SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 48 OF 1995) - SECT 36

36. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the foot of subsection (2) the following penalty provision:

“Penalty:

        (a)     if the offender is a natural person—50 penalty units;

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—250 penalty units.”.
