SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 61 OF 1990) - SECT 4

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of “venereal disease” and substituting the following definition:“ ‘sexually transmitted disease' means gonorrhoea, syphilis, chancroid, donovanosis (granuloma inguinale) and lymphogranuloma venereum.”.
