TOTALISATOR ACT 2014 (NO. 4 OF 2014) - SECT 11

    (1)     On application by a person under section 7, the Minister must—

        (a)     issue a licence to the person; or

        (b)     refuse to issue a licence to the person.

Note     A fee may be determined under s 75 for this provision.

    (2)     The Minister must not issue a licence to the person unless the person—

        (a)     is a corporation; and

        (b)     is an eligible person.
