TOTALISATOR ACT 2014 (NO. 4 OF 2014) - SECT 22

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     conducts a totalisator in the ACT; and

        (b)     does not have a licence to conduct the totalisator.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 12 months or both.
