TOTALISATOR ACT 2014 (NO. 4 OF 2014) - SECT 62

Agent failing to account to licensee

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is an agent of a licensee; and

        (b)     the agent is required to account to the licensee for the agent's operations; and

        (c)     the agent fails to account to the licensee as required.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
