TRUSTEE COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1993 (NO. 53 OF 1993) - SECT 4

4. After section 3 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:

“3A. Where—

        (a)     a company changes its name in accordance with the Corporations Law; and

        (b)     the company, under its former name, is specified in Schedule 1;

the reference in that Schedule to the company under its former name shall be taken to be a reference to the company under its new name.”.
