Section 13—

    (a)     Insert “or her” after “his” (wherever occurring).

        (b)     Omit “him”, substitute “the principal”.

Subsection 15 (4)—

Insert “or her” after “his”.

Subsection 19 (2)—

Insert “or her” after “his” (wherever occurring).

Subsections 21 (3) and (4)—

Omit “or he”, substitute “, he or she”.

Subsection 22 (2)—

    (a)     Omit “him” (first occurring), substitute “the person”.

    (b)     Insert “or her” after “him” (last occurring).

Subsection 23 (2)—

    (a)     Omit “he” (first occurring), substitute “the person”.

        (b)     Omit “or he”, substitute “, he or she”.

Subsection 28 (2)—

Insert “or her” after “him”.
