Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may appoint a member of the board to be the deputy chair of the board.
(2) The deputy chair must be appointed for not longer than 3 years.
(3) The conditions of appointment of the deputy chair (other than a deputy chair who is a public servant) are the conditions stated in the appointment, subject to any determination under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995
