VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2024 (NO. 24 OF 2024) - SECT 56

    (1)     The director-general may approve a medicine for use under this Act for the purposes of causing an individual's death.

    (2)     In this section:

"medicine"—see the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008
